Jose Auriemo Neto – Member of BoF 500 and Expert in Commercial Properties

Jose Auriemo Neto is a member of the BoF 500, and is also a shaper of the fashion industry. He is the chairman of JHSF, a real estate development company. This company develops residential properties and commercial properties, with many of the shopping malls and retail establishments being among the properties which are managed by JHSF. JHSF is also one of the first companies in Brazil to specialize in assets that earn a recurring income such as shopping malls and has developed over 6 million square feet of real estate. The company has a presence outside of Brazil, as a result of having developed projects in the US and Uruguay. The company is the owner of 815 Fifth Avenue, New York City.

Jose Auriemo Neto is the administrator of the JHSF retail group portfolio, and he is the reason behind the group’s large portfolio of retail properties. They formed exclusive partnerships with companies that signed large partners into their business.

Jose Auriemo Neto began with his company in 1993. Four years after joining, Jose helped to create a parking lot management company that formed the foundation of the services department. Eventually, Jose became the CEO of JHSF Participacoes, joining the executive board in March of 2009. He was also responsible for managing and implementing the shopping center department of shopping Santa Cruz.

Jose Auriemo Neto is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, or YPO for short. Jose Neto attended F.A.A.P (Fundacao Armando Álvares Penteado) for Engineering. He also studied in the Business Administration course at F.A.S.E.

Robert Ivy Extends His Influence In The Architectural World

Robert Ivy is a skilled architect, author and international commentator on matters of architecture born in Mississippi. He works the vice president and chief executive officer of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 2011. The Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters (MIAL) revealed its intentions to credit Robert Ivy with the Noel Polk Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions and support for art through the field of architecture.

Following this revelation, Robert Ivy received acclamations from various people. The president of AIA praised him for his success in architecture said that Ivy was the perfect role model to young and aspiring architects all over the world. He added that he was happy with the recognition as it would encourage more architects and grow peoples trust in AIA.

The Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters through its president Nancy LaForge acknowledged that Ivy deserved the award because has endeavored to bring architecture within reach of the public. His dedication and endless support to architecture played a role in earning him this award. She continued to say that the role ivy played in the architectural industry could not be substituted.

Robert Ivy received Noel Polk Lifetime Achievement Award on June 2nd, 2018 alongside Andrew Cary Young who is a designer of stained-glass. He has set a record to become the first architect to receive this honor that is usually bestowed upon artists who are natives of Mississippi with extraordinary works of arts, performing arts and support for art. Ivy expressed his gratitude for receiving this prestigious award. Since his tenure as the CEO of AIA, he has led to becoming a global organization. He ensured that architects follow stringent regulations to increase efficiency. He has also popularized architecture in the United States and highlighted its significance to development.

Before moving to AIA, Robert Ivy worked at McGraw Hill Publishing as the chief editor of an architectural journal called the Architectural Record and it became the most popular architectural magazine. It received the National Magazine Award for General Excellence. Ivy’s biography Fay Jones: Architect is currently in its third edition. Ivy has also received an honor as Master Architect from the national architecture body and the Dean’s medal from Arkansas University. He attended the Sewanee’s University of the South for his BA in English and Tulane University for his degree in Master of Architecture.
