Jose Hawilla; the Hallmark of Entrepreneurship

Jose Hawilla started off as a sports reporter in Sao Paulo in the 80s. His journalism career took him to reporting, production and commentating. He decided to start a sports newspaper after he discovered the potential in the area. Most other people around him did not think it was worth a while. He pushed on with it nevertheless.

The Nature of Born Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs are never contented with the status quo. They are always looking for a way to do something better. So Hawilla was never comfortable with his journalism career. He was even more curious after starting his company Traffic. He has, so far, bought some of the most influential sports newspapers in Brazil including Rede Bom Dia, Bom Dia Bauru, Good Morning Marilla, Good Morning Catanduva among others

Mr. Jose Hawilla was fired from his journalistic work when he was noted to have taken part in the category strike. His being fired helped to fire the zeal to start his own business. He bought a company called Traffic, which was at the time exploring advertising at bus stops as a business. Mr. Hawilla’s business picked up and started advertising products in stadiums. The present-day traffic has grown to become an advertising giant. In fact, Traffic has become a force to reckon with. It helped in attracting Nike to become the Brazillian Football National team’s sponsor. Check out abril.com

Entrepreneurship Secrets No One Ever Reveals

It has become apparent that entrepreneurship is not a cup of tea for everyone. It is an area that requires both talent and skill. Entrepreneurs differ from employees. An entrepreneur keeps looking for something new. Entrepreneurs have a strong urge to run a business of their own and set the rules. Employees on the other hand love to maintain the status quo. They are impressed with implementing set practices. They do not often question why or try to find ways that something can be done differently and in a better way. Yet still, there is need to operate a business in an enabling environment. America is ranked the best country for investors because it encourages entrepreneurship. Indeed, it is the country with the highest number of startups per year. The ease with which people are allowed to translate their ideas into practice is what nurtures the entrepreneurship spirit. It is also reasonable to conclude that entrepreneurs do not make great employees.

Response to some obvious legacy so far, I think in the very end, one should have investment about business decision. I think that best essay should also be opposed to thinking about shaping the way that most people allow. What is going to happen with business, what we did with investments, there should be great success in business consequence of Jose’s involvement.
